I have been a customer with their personal lines department and life department for over 15 years. They have always provided very prompt and professional service. This is a conpany that I would highly recommend. I had a policy for a short time (due to the recession) with the commercial lines department but they were excellent and made several helpful recommendations. To me this agency met all of my needs and had multiple departments to handle any insurance need a person might have. 5 STAR RATING.

this has got to be one of the worst customer service experiences i've ever had. when my father in law passed away, he had his homeowners and auto insurance with them. the agent kept getting the policies mixed up with each other and misapplied payments. she called to tell me that my father in laws policy was cancelled 3 days after it was actually cancelled. lots of confusion. if you're loking for incompetence, mcneil's the one! yes we switched to another company.
