Champs Garage Auto Repair

Our daughter goes to school in Walla Walla and Tim has worked on her BMW for the past year. This fall, the day after we drove the car from Minnesota to Walla Walla the car died. We had it checked by one company near where it died then asked Tim what he thought. We had it towed to Champs and Tim looked at it for free. To fix it would cost more than the value of the car. He let us store it there until we decided what to do with it. He also advised us how to sell it and what price to ask for. Not only that, he took care of the transaction with the person who bought the car. Tim didn't charge us a dime. That kind of customer service is hard to come by. I'd take my car there anytime and you should too. When we get a new car, we will take it to Tim at Champs.

Tim (Owner) is a former employee of the local Ford repair shop. I was referred to him by an in-law. My truck broke down while visiting them during the holidays. I dropped my F350 off for repair at his shop. He promptly diagnosed it, gave me an estimate, worked on the engine, and delivered on time and under his estimate. He showed me the replaced parts and explained the diagnosis and the repair done. Bottom line is I will refer anyone who that needs quick service and an honest deal to Champs Garage.
