I have had mostly great experiences at this dentist office, all except one. During a 6 month check up, the dentist did not want to help me with my concerns regarding a crown because she did not do the work and advised me I was going to have to make another appt with the dentist that did the work. I did not do this, I asked for another dentist to come in that day to take care of the problem. I expressed my concerns to the office manager in an email and she called me right away and apologized for the rude 'behavior'. Other than that, my 2 young children go here and love the pediatric dentist and I for the most part am very pleased with the customer service and work.
