Spin Cleaners

We have used this cleaner numerous tiimes. We have had sometimes when the clothes were returned fine and looking great. We have also had clothes lost. We have had bad customer service. We have also talked to managers/owners and been told that there is nothing they can do when an item was damaged. They take no responsibilities for faults. I would not recommend getting expensive clothes cleaned there or articles that you really like :)

Terrible experience! Will never use them again. They lost my $250 dress, and showed zero concern about it. Only would offer $25 claim which is a joke.

You gotta try this place! They do quality work and it's really a bargain. Shirts for $1.99 and all other dry cleaning for only $2.99. Bet you didn't think they also clean bed comforters. They do! The new owners are very involved and priority #1 is customer satisfaction. You'll be glad you tried them, and wonder why it took you so long. :)

Spin Cleaners is fantastic!!! They have quality service with the price price in town. You truly can't beat $1.99 for all laundered shirts and $2.99 for ALL other dry cleaned garments. They came under new management and 2012, and I am thoroughly impressed!

The best discount dry cleaners price in Birmingham. They have new ownership and you can get a coat dry cleaned for $2.99. Great price!!! The other dry cleaners only offer good prices on shirts, but not everything you bring in.

This is a terrible business. The customer service given to me was absolutely horrible, and for no reason. They are just rude in general, as if you are inconveniencing them to ask a question or pick up your order. And you might suffer through it if you got a lot for your money, but the quality of the cleaning was poor. I won't be back.
