Canine Designs

Had my dog groomed there a few times and he came out looking ok. I agree about the staff caring about your dog..but! I was called to pick up my dog in ten minutes. Being in the area I was right there parked outside and could see what was going on. My dog was on the groomers table and she was on a cell phone the whole time as she groomed my dog! If I had a hairdresser do that while my hair was being cut I would not be happy as I was not, with seeing this as "full attention" was not aimed at my dog. Two hours later my dog looked as of it had never been to the groomers! BTW I always leave a nice tip. I will NOT be going back to Canine Designs and have already found another groomer who DOES pay attention to my dog and they are just as caring. My advice is stay off the cell and give your attention to what is being paid for, your client the dog!
