Somehow my keys kept getting lost, it was the zillionth time I had to make a visit to the hardware store, but unfortunately the store was shut for the holidays. Not knowing what to do, I looked online for key makers and landed on The locksmith who arrived, Eric I think, was brilliant. He got keys made in no time. He enquired curiously as to why I would need so many keys and I told him, how I was generally careless with them. He recommended that I install a keyless system, where all I needed was a passcode for access. I’ve scheduled an appointment for it with Vancouver Lock & Key the next week. After finding myself staring at a jammed lock and having been ripped off by countless locksmiths from Vancouver, WA in the past, I decided to use the tools from my tool shed and try out a repair myself. An hour later, my door was left with no lock, and the dismantled lock lay sprawled on the ground, rendered completely useless by my failed attempts. My wife lost the key and fob to my car. This was the 4th business I called to get a quote to come out and reprogram a key and key fob. Dave came out within 45 minutes of my call. He quickly got to work and asked if I wanted the key fob as well and showed me the same type I had before. The whole service was about half of what the 3 other places quoted me. I hope that I don't need this service again but if I do, this is who I will be using Vancouver Lock & Key in Vancouver, WA if i will need again locksmith service.

Henrry is a rockstar. Unbelievably prompt, friendly communication, plus he set up a time to change out my locks outside of their normal service area on the day I was leaving town. After getting really creepy texts and voicemails from my last locksmith, I decided to get my locks changed again and a chain installed. I emailed the company at 10 at night on a Saturday and Mike responded in under 10 minutes. He gave me a 1 hour time (super awesome for not having to wait around too long) and was there right on time, which is already above and beyond.
