Tails R Waggin Doggy Day Care

I take my small dog (eleven months old) here. He is always welcomed, has a good time, and I am confident that he is in good hands with these owners. They know the business well and both Charlie and Julie are actively involved in monitoring dogs' behavior to assure good care. This is more than just a "drop off" babysitting situation: the owners provide different activities dependent upon weather and I know Charlie works with dogs to learn "doggie social skills" and pack behavior. They also take time to answer any questions. ---- sometimes even providing excellent training tips.

We could not be happier with Juli and Charlie. We have taken our Boxer here for 5 months with nothing but good results. They have experience as vet techs and training military dogs. We have a happy, tired puppy everytime he goes here. We also have boarded our dog here with no complaints and even last minute for an extended time due to a family death. They worked with us to make it happen. I would recommend them anytime!

Do not take your dogs here! Especially any small breed dogs! I was very disappointed after taking my small dog here for the weekend. I should have known better after the owner of Tails R Waggin made a comment to me that he would recommend bringing my dog here a couple times a week since small dogs seem to have "an attitude problem" and bringing him to the doggy daycare would correct that... Well I left my dog here for 2 nights and he has been traumatized by the experience ever since. Now my dog is extremely terrified of tall men, and he NEVER exhibited this behavior before. When I came to pick my dog up from Tails R Waggin, he was cowering under a play structure and would not come out when the owner of this place was calling him. He looked frightened out of his mind and was hanging his head down. Finally, the owner asked me to come closer and call my dog out.... as soon as my dog saw me, he ran over. I feel so bad about leaving my dog here - he has never been the same since. I do not r

Oh My Gosh! The worst experience of our lives. We boarded our dog for five days when leaving town. She got out the first day. It took us ten days to finally find and catch her. She had a damaged foot. When we asked Tails R Waggin to split the cost of the vet bill they got defensive and threatened physical violence if we didn+t get off their property immediately. Never again.

Juli and Charlie are amazing. I adopted a puppy from the Humane Society who was so hyper that she literally bounced off the walls. A trainer we were working with suggested Tails R Waggin to help calm our baby down. Our puppy absolutely loves this place and is always excited when we pull up. She comes home happy and ready for tons of lovin. Without Tails R Waggin keeping this puppy may not have been an option, they go above and beyond what I ever expected.
