UPrinting.com

I placed an order for 3000 business cards on their uprinting.com website. After choosing the appropriate turn around time and shipping method my cards were set to be delivered the morning I needed them. So their web portal showed the shipping date. The day after the date it was to be shipped, the website said it was still in production. So I tried their live chat and was told it was being shipped out a day later than promised. After talking to a manager, he only offered insincere apologies but nothing to correct the problem. Now I have to spend more time and money to find someplace local so I can have something to give out on one of the busiest nights of this exclusive week. If I would have known they didn't keep their deadlines, I would have paid the rush charge or found someone else. Not recommended.
