        Hated my experience. After being told they were having their promo till the end of September I went in to store at the mall to get my new phone and was told it ended yesterday. Phoned this store to verify and they said they reserve the right to change the dates. I have been dealing with a hospice situation and purposely called the store to be certain I could make it there before the deal ended, took the time away from my friend and this is what I got. Absolutely nothing. Can't wait till my contract is up so I can go elsewhere! But they would of charged me over 900.00 to cancel because my daughter already signed up! I have been a customer way too long to deserve this!
