Price Oil Co

Price Oil has to be one of the best companies out there. I have been dealing with them for 17 years no issues. They get the job ✅ done.

This company's customer service is pitiful, They can't or won't schedule a delivery. I waited 5 days for a delivery and heard every excuse one can make. Then after the 5 day they stopped receiving my call, I called from a different number and they promptly answered the phone. How do they continue to stay in business.

Wednesday, January 20th.. I am on energy assistance asked for oil delivery.....some time that comes across as being a welfare recipient ..but that shouldn't matter...

I am a educated Bachelor degree woman with a small child. I was told there would be a fee attached...never ever have I had this type of insulting...not good business.



Also, I was asked why was I getting another delivery so soon..I said I have a big house.



Since Thursday January 21..they have not answered their phone.



The last time i called was January 25 & 26... I called twice to no availability.



Thank God we had enough oil to take us through the 2016 Blizzard here in DC.



In the beginning, the service was great. I had surgery during that time and the delivery came the next day. Not very pleased, I have a little child and I have a credit with the company. Not good business...at least have a voicemail indicating what is going on at the company. And I've email them.

They make the deliveries quickly and I have never had an issue with them. Even when I call for a last minute delivery it comes either the day I call or the next day. The driver and delivery person are polite. When I was going to pay with my bank card I was told that it would be better to pay with a check to avoid the card fee. I appreciated that
