Rock Quarry Elementary School, located in Tuscaloosa, Ala., is a public school that offers educational and extracurricular programs to students in grades kindergarten through five. The school has an enrollment of more than 500 students and offers subjects, such as reading, writing, science, math and social studies. It also offers a range of programs and activities, such as Rockfest, an educational festival held each fall; and Reflections, a program that challenges students to create art that support a specific theme. It also organizes cultural arts day, a day spent learning and celebrating art, music, literature, dance and drama. Additionally, it organizes field day, a day spent learning about health and safety. Rock Quarry Elementary School is a part of the Tuscaloosa City School District.
