i really like the people, and the counter help is very knowledgeable. They have pulled me out of a jam many times.

Very pleased with the counter help and price. I have used them for parts, tools and supplies for a number of years.

Needed a heating element for a GE dryer..they had one in stock; they also tested my old one before I purchased the one they had in stock - very pleased with the service and especially the PRICE.

They had the belt I needed at $12.95, and Gr##r was charging $32.27 with a lifetime warranty. (By the way, Gr##r had the warranty already in their price and you had to ask for no warranty to save $3) I will continue to buy directly from Associated every time.

The part I was looking for was in stock and to my surprise, almost half the price of Gr**r (or whatever their named is changed to), who I've used for years. The guys on the counter were very courteous and knowledgable. The location isn't the easiest to get to and parking is a little short, but I'll be going here first on the next round.

Told that they were open until 2:00 on Saturday. Drove an hour to get there and they were already closed. This was at 1:00. Really disappointed!
