Zales

So my fiance and I decided to get our rings from the Zales store here at southcenter, and the first sales person we had was a little pushy, and VERY confusing/hard to understand. So we ended up getting a band I wasnt too happy with, I called back and said id like to exchange the band for something different. Deion was EXTREMELY patient, kind and very helpful over the phone and even let me know about the sale going on! We came over the next day, and Leia was AMAZING! Leia explained each process she was doing, took the time to look for my rings, and made the process a BREEZE! She was so calm and collective it was great. She was VERY easy to talk too. If you are going to this store, ASK FOR LEIA OR DEION!
