Northwest Gold and Diamond

Mark is amazingly talented and was very passionate about designing my dream wedding ring. I went in not totally sure what I wanted but knew the look I was going for. I have my grandma's wedding ring and didn't want to change it, but wanted to do something to make it more me. Mark came up the idea to make a ring wrap that would fit snugly along my ring and cover the band part, which would preserve the design and original and heirloom ring, but create a detachable band. I came in with pinterest pics and he listened and pulled out and antique spoon that was the exact look I was going for. He spent hours drawing up the design and I couldn't believe he created exactly what I had imagined. Mark is super professional and really wants to make something amazing. He came recommended by a coworker and looking at the crazy prices at jewelry stores, I figured something custom would be WAY out of our price range but he didn't gouge us at all. The quality we received was incredible and worth every penny. I love my ring and that he was able to interweave my style with my Grandma's heirloom ring.

Very disappointed. All I can say is compare what he says on his website about qualifications and what he pays for metals and stones "No one pays more" to what he is really trying to pay you and compare it with other stores, get more then 1 appraisal. Get all your gemstones back if he's not willing to pay for them. Nice enough guy just not exactly up to the job.

I have never sold gold or silver before and so I had brought many different pieces of broken unwanted jewelry and the man helping me was patient sorting through it to determine exactly what quality of gold and which pieces were of no value. It was amazing the value of junk that was cluttering a jewelry box. I would highly recommend this establishment for your gold exchange!

This is just fantastic establishment. I was a little sceptical about the process but ended up at Northwest Gold and Diamond after reading the fantastic online reviews (which are all glowing). Funny thing though, I ended up at a little hole in the wall gold buyer in the next building over by accident who said HE was Northwest Gold and Diamond...it sure didn't match the on-line impression I had and after a little grilling the guy admits he is in fact a different business, America Gold and Silver...lets see, you are going to start out business by lying to me, what an idiot. Anyhow, after going to the next building over and upstairs (they are a little hard to find but if you remember to look upstairs it is easy) I found them and would highly reccomend Mark. He is absolutly professional and gave me a very fair (much more than I expected) offer and fixed an old family ring he advised me not to sell. Look no further, you have found your jeweler.
