Swedish Massage
Beth graduated from CenterPoint Massage and Shiatsu school specializing in Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue and Swedish Massage along with CranioSacral Therapy. She enjoys working with people who have chronic pain from past injuries or general overuse. A healthcare tip from Beth is to stay hydrated!
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. We use slower strokes or friction techniques across the grain of the muscle. Deep tissue massage is used for chronically tight or painful muscles, repetitive strain, postural problems, or recovery from injury. People often feel sore for one to two days after deep tissue massage.
Hot Stone Massage
Heated, smooth stones are placed on certain points on the body to warm and loosen tight muscles and balance energy centers in the body. The stones may also be used to apply gentle pressure. The warmth is comforting. Hot stone massage is good for people who have muscle tension but prefer lighter massage.

Craniosacral Massage
Craniosacral therapy or CST is done exclusively by Beth. The therapy is fully clothed. It uses a light touch to influence the body’s connective tissue or “fascia.” Fascia is a body white connective network that covers organs, muscle, glands, nerves, vessels and the brain and spinal cord. CST focuses on creating intentional movement in that network to allow for stress to be reduced in the body systems. It has been used successfully in children and adults alike. We see exceptional benefits in our patients that have undergone oral tie release or in babies with plagiocephaly (flat head). Headache patients also do especially well with CST.
Shiatsu Massage
Mikayla is a 2021 graduate of Center Point Massage and Shiatsu Therapy School and Clinic where she acquired 1080 hours of education and training. She specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, and Foot Reflexology. Every massage with Mikayla is tailored to suit each individual client she sees, with the mission that they will leave feeling better than they did when they arrived. Her best advice is to be an active participant in your own healing. She is always willing to give self care tips personalized to your specific needs for in between sessions to ensure consistent and lasting results!

I experienced a pregnancy without any chiropractic adjustments and I can confirm that regular adjustments throughout my pregnancy have been a completely different and overall amazing experience! Dr.Kelly and Dr. Jessica have empowered me with so much knowledge throughout this pregnancy while also getting me in peak shape so I’m ready for delivery. I'm still astonished with how little pain I have experienced throughout the entirety of my pregnancy. Stretching
Subluxation
Subluxations may cause irritation to nerves, muscles and surrounding connective tissue. Subluxations often cause pain locally or in other parts of the body. Restoring proper motion to subluxated joints may regulate the nervous system and allow the body to heal, muscles to relax and alleviate pain.
Pediatric Chiropractic
Dr. Mauren was a 2 sport college athlete playing basketball and tennis at the University of Minnesota Morris, where she graduated with a degree in Exercise Science and minor in Biology. Her background in sports lead her to pursue over 150 hours of additional training in treating athletes from the youth to professional level. Additionally, she has been certified in the Webster Technique and is part of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.
Acupuncture
Qi can be accessed through 350 acupuncture points in the body. As long this energy flows freely throughout the meridians, health is maintained, but once the flow of energy is blocked, the system is disrupted and pain and illness occur.
