They provide scheduling that meets my needs and completes repairs on time and as promised. What I especially appreciate is the professional and competent fashion Paragon approaches customer service. They take the time to explain what is required to properly repair my vehicle and do it in a manner that I can understand and does not make me feel like they are suggesting repairs that are not necessary. After diagnosis they give me repair options and timing options that help meet my budget and still provide a safe and reliable vehicle to drive. I took my car into Paragon for some repairs. They fixed the problem & also diagnosed some "preventive treatment." I brought my car in later for that. They were fast & efficient. I will bring my car back in 2010. It is nice to support local business that does a good job.

Having recently lost my job, I discovered that my only vehicle had a radiator leak, which needed to be repaired immediately. I was very distressed when I was presented an exorbitant quote from the local Toyota "specialist" in Tualatin. I got a second opinion at Paragon Automotive and am I ever glad that I did! Not only were they more affordable to replace the radiator, but they could do it in one day instead of the 2-3 days the other place told me. I had not been keeping things up on my car and there were many problems that required attention. They went through a list of suggested repairs and prioritized them for me, so that I could budget for them and only had to pay for the ones, which really, really needed to be done. Great service by caring people. I highly recommend them. They saved me a LOT of money!

I have used Paragon for several years and found them to be very easy to work with. I've had a variety of problems with my vehicles and was always treated fairly. I didn't find myself having to pay more than originally quoted, which happened to me a lot with other companies. They always took the time to explain the problems, what my options were and what needed to happen to solve the problem. Paragon Auto Repair: fast, friendly, honest and affordable. Our first experience (ford F150) our truck required a complete overhaul. Chris called with an estimate, when anything changed, and made all of the repairs that were necessary so we had the truck back the next day and we were still in our budget! Our second experience, my brother was visiting from New York and his car (a Subaru Outback) had the Check Engine Light come on and it would not go away. Chris went over the entire car, told my Brother what needed to be repaired, was honest & upfront about the repair costs, and gave my brother a list of everything that would need to be repaired. Chris prioritized the repairs so my Brother could get the car safely home and knew what needed to be done in the near future. It is so nice to have a repair shop that we can trust to take care of our cars without my having to be there every moment questioning the technician. As far as Auto repair shops go, Paragon Auto Repair is the best.

Knowledgable & Trustworthy They fixed a check engine light problem the first time when no oneelse could and they did it by doing some great diagnostics insteadof the way other shops wanted which was to replace partsat my expense until they finaly found the problem. They also took thetime to explain to me in plain english what my options were. Highly recommend them.
