Property Management By Design

This property management company is by far the most fraudulent company I've ever came across in my entire being. June of last year I tried to pay them and they refuse my payment telling me I was in collections. I however wasn't in collections until September, I have the email from the collections attorney confirming that and within those months they got me for another $5,000. Not only did they not allow me to sell to the buyer I had but I also had to sell two Harley-Davidsons I just inherited from my father who passed away in June of last year the net worth of one was $16,000 and the net worth of the other was $7,000 and I got $16000 for both, I took a massive loss because they were trying to steal my home and I had to sell two special items that meant everything to me in the middle of winter. Which I plan to make them pay for in court. Also they water gouge, I had to remove my five children out of their home because they turned off my water for zero water usage. Then they charge $300 for a reconnect fee to turn a knob. I have 33 signed letters from other owners of condos in my Association who state the same thing. I cannot wait to see these people in court when I file suit in mid August. I also have an email from their collections attorney stating that they should have took my payment he also took off his last fees because he felt so bad for me and I also have that in email. They have two lawsuits pending right now. If you're looking for a management company I do not recommend unless you want to be taken for all that you can. Every dog has their day though and I cannot wait to see these people in court.
