Laser Eye Institute

Appointments take forever. My surgery was scheduled for 2:40... the day before they changed it to 2:10, the day of it was 3:00, then while I was on my way it was 3:30.... it's now 4:24 and I am still sitting in the waiting room. I would never come here again. I've never seen such disregard for someone last time when spending so much money.

I wish I could give the Laser Eye Institute a great review but aftercare really wasn't what I expected. It sounded good prior to the surgery, but after LASEK surgery my eyes are so dry making it hard to work. I have to use drops every hour or two or my vision deteriorates. I know that this winter was hard, but I know the doctor could have helped me with some kind of plug put in the tear drop to lubricate my eyes, but he chose not to. He just said use eye drops. Everyday is a struggle. I am not sure at this point it was worth it.

I used to hate going to the eye doctor because I had such bad eye sight. Before I had surgery I was really nervous about getting lasik and I went back and fourth about getting it done. The doctor at Laser Eye Institute made me feel really comfortable and the results were great. I highly recommend going here.

Laser vision correction has changed my life! No more squinting just to see the alarm clock in the morning, the decision for me to have LASIK was hard, i was very nervous. The friendliness and helpfulness of Dr. Haddad's staff really put my fears at ease. Everyone i met was very knowledgeable, they really put my fears at ease. Before i picked Dr. Haddad i went to a few other centers, none of the doctors spent nearly as much time with me as Dr. Haddad; he actually took the time to answer all of my questions. By the time i was under the laser i felt very comfortable in Dr. Haddad's care and my results were excellent. Since my lasik surgery my vision has been great, i have been recommending Dr. Haddad and his staff to all of my friends and will continue to do so.
