Just Baked

stocking for my first time to take some cupcakes to a office visit out of a dozen cupcakes we had two flavors that were absolutely wonderful and for flavors that were absolutely disappointing and embarrassed me that I took them with me when I called tell them the girl at the store how disappointed I was she said she would contact the owner and get back to me and when they got back to me they have agreed to give me three cupcakes and replace for all of mine that were so terrible they were dry flavourless and absolutely unacceptable from anywhere but it's specially at that price and I was so disappointed because there were a couple flavors and a couple of each one of those flavors that were absolutely wonderful so I know they have the ability of making wonderful cupcakes but they absolutely we're not willing to do anything of any value to make me want to go back into the store and where they had the poor girl working call me back and offer me 3 cupcakes the owner themselves to taking the time out to call and talk to someone that does events planning and was looking for someone in that area to do multiple events with but I was since learned online there's many other bakeries in the area but I will definitely try because I am absolutely not only disappointed with the product very unhappy about the fact that they were willing to offer me less than what I complained about and they made the poor girl working take care of it instead of someone calling and talking to me trying to rectify the situation
