Until I met InsideOut Networking, I never thought it was possible to work with an IT company that I implicitly trusted. As a medical practice manager, I have experienced the best customer service from knowledgeable technicians with InsideOut Networking. Out of many who have tried, InsideOut Networking was the first company to successfully get our network to communicate properly and run smoothly. This is important when using a practice management system and an EHR.

InsideOut Networking functions just like an onsite IT technician or department. They are quick to respond to issues. They have a team with multiple techs who are always working in unison. They work with a ticket system that streamlines all projects with notes and tracks all work done on a particular issue. I trust that no matter who contacts me or works on our tickets, if the tech changes mid project, they will continue to provide the same quality work as the previous technician. I have also experienced complete honesty from this team. If they don’t know an immediate answer to our issue, they do the research needed to fix the issue correctly the first time.

InsideOut Networking’s rates are very reasonable and cost effective. I have found it saves us money to work with InsideOut Networking rather than have an IT technician on staff.

InsideOut Networking has completely changed my perspective and set the standard on what IT companies should be. I have implemented InsideOut Networking in three medical practices and I will always continue to work with InsideOut Networking.

We began using ION quite a few years ago. At the time, yes, it was reasonably priced and they did help us set up our home computer. However, over the past 12-18 months we have given them over $1000 based on their recommendations. Our computer continued to falter regardless of their "fixes" until we finally neded to get a new one. I asked ION to help set up the new one. They charged me a basic fee, however, then charged me $49 per line item for an infrastructure that they had already established over the past few years!!! Did I review the costs ahead of time? Yes. Did I realize that these items would LITERALLY BE ONE CLICK?! NO!! I have been a customer for 5 years! Do you know what their answer was to me when I questioned the fairness of this?

"If you have a problem with our methods or think you can do better, please do it yourself and do not hire us. We have nothing more to say about this."

Wow! How is that for customer loyalty? Do not hire this group. At first it may seem fair, however, when you run into problems or need additional help you will be charged high prices for tasks that they have already done.

Scam artists! They were supposed to do a diagnostic on my wife's computer. If they had actually performed the diagnostic and informed us of the many problems the computer had, we would have bought a new computer. Instead they told my wife that only the hard drive was bad and convinced her to spend over $300 on having a new one installed in an old computer that was falling apart. Naturally, after the $300 hard drive, the computer still doesn't work right. They offered to re-do the diagnostic we already paid for but said we would have to pay for it again! (and of course we're already out the $300 for new hard drive on a computer that won't work)

My external hard drive crashed and I needed to have it recoverded.

They were very nice on the phone so I gave them a chance. I am very pleased with the way they treated me and with the honost approach they have with the work being done. Up front and real, they told me what could and could not be done, so I would not be surprised in the end.

I will be having them install some office back up software next month and will call on them anytime I am in need of repair.

They helped me set up five computers for my new business. They took them out of the box, set them up where I needed them to go, and configured them to work with my POS. Everything works great and the price was very reasonable.

They are honest and happy to explain things. They didnt talk down to me when I told them I didnt know much about computers. They gave me a good deal (better prices than Geek Squad charged me before), and provided great service.

I used this company to help fix up my computer that was bogged down with old software and start-up junk that had accumulated over the years. Before they helped, I was thinking of getting a new computer because I thought my computer was a lost cause. It's about 6 years old. InsideOut Networking gave me all of the options--they could help me purchase a new computer, or could do several things to my machine that would speed it up and make it run like it used to. I ended up going with the "fix up" of my computer and it worked great! They tweaked the system and added memory and now it runs better than I remember than ever before. I'd recommend these guys to anyone. They were very friendly and professional, gave me all of the options and prices up front, and they spent the time to explain everything to me before I made my decision.

Total scam artists! These guys took advantage of my father by charging him hundreds of dollars for a software fix that didn't work. His laptop is over 5 years old! The repairs that didn't work cost more than the laptop was worth!
