        Before Darcy Schrieber joined Globe Life American Income Division (AIL) in 2010, he had a career in education as a high school principal. "I was attracted to AIL because of the financial freedom it afforded and its opportunities for unlimited growth," he recalls. "American Income Division provided me an opportunity to change my family's life. Becoming a State General Agent (SGA) is a privilege I welcomed and a responsibility I embrace. Seeing others change their lives through the opportunities AIL provides fills me with passion to work more and harder for those I have the pleasure of serving. Before joining this great Company, I had years of leadership experience in the private, public, and business sectors that have groomed me to thrive as an SGA. After earning my doctorate from Walden University in Educational Leadership in 2009, I served as a high school administrator for 11 years, have been in leadership at AIL, and serve as an Elder at my church.
