Dental Examination
Your first appointment will be spent conducting a thorough dental examination including dental and medical history review, a visual exam of the oral tissues and teeth and a complete mouth X-ray survey. This comprehensive evaluation will allow us to thoroughly diagnose and provide your dental care.

Oral Cancer Screening – We will be checking the outside of your head and neck and the inside of the mouth for any abnormalities from side to side.

Teeth Cleaning
Semi-annually, you should schedule a professional dental cleaning (prophylaxis) and exam. During this visit, one of our Registered Dental Hygienists will use dental instruments to scale away tartar build-up, and then pleasantly polish the surface of your teeth to remove stains and plaque that is not otherwise removed during tooth brushing and scaling. Your mouth is left feeling clean and refreshed!
Fluoride Treatment
As part of our commitment to provide you with the highest level of personalized care, our hygienists routinely perform risk assessments on all of our patients. Your risk of developing dental disease (cavities, gum disease, etc.) indicates how often preventative services (X-rays, cleanings, exams, fluoride treatments, etc.) are necessary. Patients at low risk may require less frequent services, while those at higher risk may require more. Our goal is to provide you with a preventative care plan tailored to your specific needs and discuss ways in which you can lower your risk of developing dental disease, which will help keep you and your smile healthy for a lifetime.

Resin Composite
Composite resins come in many different shades and provide better matching of shades to the natural color of your teeth.
Veneers
Veneers are thin, semi-translucent “shells” typically attached to your front teeth. Veneers are customized from porcelain material and permanently bonded to your teeth. Veneers are a great alternative to otherwise painful dental procedures to improve the appearance of your smile.
Crowns
Recover the tooth, making sure to hold it by the crown (top) and not the root. Rinse, but do not clean or handle the tooth more than necessary. Dental Implants

Teeth Whitening
A. There are several methods available for bleaching the teeth: in-office, overnight or daily. One session of in-office bleaching generally lasts one and a half to two hours, and you can read or relax during the treatment. For overnight bleaching, we make an impression of your teeth and create a mouthguard that fits your bite. Each day you fill the mouthguard with a small amount of bleaching gel and wear it overnight or for a few hours during the day. The overnight bleaching process takes approximately two weeks.
Cosmetic Dentistry
Zoom! Whitening is very safe while under the supervision of a trained dentist. It is one of the safest procedures in cosmetic dentistry. However, we do not recommend this procedure for pregnant women or children under age 13. And although the Zoom! System can help almost anyone, it may not be as effective in every case. We can determine if tooth whitening is a possible option for your case.
