Nuclear Medicine, based in Royal Oak, Mich., is a medical specialty of Beaumont Hospitals. The nuclear medicine department offers a variety of testing capabilities using advanced technology. It features a positron emission tomography scanner with high-speed CT scan to provide testing services. It also uses latest technology in cardiac and general nuclear medicine imaging and provides high-resolution 3-D imaging and close-up imaging.
