Tracy Car Wash

NOT good. I had a coupon so I got their super duper wax and interior cleaning. The outside wax job was good. The inside clean job was horrible. The did not clean about 50% of the carpet and seats. Very disappointed. My "clean" car is still dirty inside. PLUS it STINKS. It SMELLS bad....like dirty socks and chemicals combined. Three days after it was cleaned I could not take the smell anymore and I had to go buy some frabreez for my new car. I have NEVER had my car smell before until this place "cleaned" it. UGH!!!

I think they do a great job one thing that really bothered me was the manager (I believe his name is Isaias,) how it treated the workers I over heard one of the workers asking to take lunch or a break after 7hrs of straight work and the manager got mad. Because they are mexican doesnt give him the right to do what he does, here in california you are intitled to a half hour break within a 6hr period of straight work I think the manager needs management training classes or get fired.

Friday afternoon 01-30-09 - off work early and time to get my truck washed after a trip to Tahoe last weekend. I have a 3/4 ton truck-quad cab short bed. Upon my arrival at Tracy Car wash, there were 4 vehicles in line ahead of me. I selected the " SILVER" car wash for $23.99 and was told that it would be an additional $3.00 due to the size of my vehicle for a total of $26.99 which I thought was a bit high in price.

After waiting for one hour and ten minutes the crew honked the horn and told me that my truck was ready. The first thing that I noticed when I walked to my truck is that the bed had 2" of standing water in it. I walked around the outside and noticed that the chrome wheels still had last weekends dirt still there. The windshield still had bugs that had not been cleaned off.

After wasting well over an hour, I just wanted to get out of there!!!!!

I went home and spent the next 45mins cleaning the wheels, wiping down all of the water that spilled out of the bed when I pulled out and using Windex to clean the windshield.

Total time:

Just over 2 hours not including drive time.

These are tough times so don't waste your hard earned money on poor service and performance.
