I had an excellent car buying experience at Porsche South Bay. Ben Esfandi, Mike Vandi, and Eric Ancharoff were extremely knowledgeable and professional. The dealership is beautiful and everyone was helpful and friendly from the time I arrived.

Porsche South Bay is working hard to make service a pleasant experience. Last week, I called my service advisor, Kerrisha Hardy and told her I needed to come in. On arrival, I was welcomed by Kerrisha and Jim Curtin, the service manager, who quickly took my car off my hands and got me out of there in a few minutes in a new Maccan they'd held for me. Kerrisha kept me posted on the progress of the car during the week, immediately responding to emails. When my car was finished, I asked if it could be delivered to my office, which Kerrisha gladly did! 5 Stars! Thanks!

I had my Porsche Cayenne serviced couple times at Pacific Porsche. The service advisor Rick Gutierrez is attentive and willing to help. He provided great customer service and I'm highly recommended him if you don't have any particular service advisor in mind yet.

Best vehicle buying experience since the last time I purchased a Porsche Carrera from Carl at Pacific Porsche in 2001. This time purchasing a Macan from Richard Presley at Pacific was certainly the most pleasant it could have been plus a real learning experience since the advent of all of the new "bells & whistles" on all Porsches these days! I couldn't have asked for more from Richard as he was certainly a delight to "deal" with from start to finish.

I recently bought my 911 there, Haden, sale manager and Kelly, sale person , are very nice to me. Definitely I will come back to buy car in future and would recommend all my friends and families member to go there

Mike Yousefivand is my No.1 dealer. I found a perfect Audi S5 at pacific Porsche and I wanted to trade in. Anyway I ended up sold my car to Audi MV first and was waiting for their check so I can buy the S5. That was a long wait cuz Audi said their owner wasn't there to sign the check and all the crap. I paid 5 grand deposits in order to hold the car cuz I really want it and it's the 5th S5 I've been looking for in these 3 months and all the previous ones got sold 1 or 2 days before I tried to buy. Mike also helped me extended my holding time by making the deposits I refundable but worth it. I finally got the check and I really feel sorry about the late payment to their manager and Mike also since he's experiencing lots of pressure from his boss and I know it's just job, however he made my day on my birthday by "giving" me that S5 and it's my best 21 yrs birthday ever. Thanks a lot Mike! He treats me like a family not a guy just doing business. I called The audi dealer at Audi MV to make sure whether my check is ready and that guy just said well if you are not happy you can get your car back. Oh h*ll he knows I'm not gonna do that and he is just being an arrogant sh*t just because he's a manager. The manager I think is Carl, not sure about the name buy yeah he is strict but at least friendly, he needs to push Mike because he's the boss I understand and respect his job. Nevertheless Mike is truly a great guy, he picked me up for my car on the delivery day. I lived in Irvine and he drove all the way from pacific hwy to my home at 9 in the morning! You can tell how much appreciation I have for the old man, and lots of thank you!

This might have been the easiest transaction that I have ever done. Richard Presley was such a pleasure to work with with no hard sales tactics, extremely patient, answered every question that I had and made the process so smooth. I would highly recommend Pacific Porsche to anyone and certainly recommend working with Richard Presley specifically.

Jim Schiltz at Pacific Porsche is the best service manager I've ever dealt with. He's extremely courteous and helpful. He'll go the extra mile to make sure you're satisfied with his department's work. I have had all the work on my Porsche done there and I've been totally satisfied with Jim and his whole department.

I purchased my 2013 Porsche Boxster from Pacific Porsche in January, which was pleasantly straightforward and quick. Where Pacific Porsche has shined for me is in the service experience. Chris Gibson, has always been a delight to work with and really goes the extra mile to make things right as quickly as possible. While diagnosing an intermittent electrical gremlin, I also had the pleasure to get to know Sarah Carbajal quite well. She always takes a few minutes out of her busy day to say hi, and makes sure my visit is as pleasant as possible. She even reserved a fancy diecast 2014 Cayman when she found out I couldnt make the launch event! Talk about customer service! It REALLY is the little things! Sarah and Chris have really brought warmth and personality to what would otherwise be a business-only transaction. From a patient-experience perspective, staff like them are invaluable. Thank you, Chris, and thank you, Sarah, for adding such a personal touch.

I love this dealership across the board. But, Suzanne Campbell, the maintenance manager, is particularly outstanding. Regardless of when I call, she returns the call very promptly, and we set up servicing. My car is serviced very well, is done in a reasonable amount of time, washed, and she is right there to make sure. Finally, twice she's given me a Panamera as a loaner. Friendly and outgoing, Suzanne is my favorite person there.
