Custom One Printing

I went here to print a calendar off for my husband, who is deploying to Iraq, and they charged me almost twice in store than the quote I got on the phone, and also charged me for THEIR printing mistakes (the man didn't preview the images before printing, causing it to print with the wrong layout--His mistake that I had to pay for). He told me I was charged more because I took up all of his time (I was in there for 25 minutes) and that "time was money". He charged me extra for printing on cardstock paper, even though I brought in my OWN cardstock paper - I didn't use a single sheet of their paper. He also said he charged me more because I printed off of a flash drive that had 6 files on it - instead of 1. He also charged me more for printing double sided (which is standard at most print shops) but even charged me for a double sided page when there was only one side. I called a week prior to get a quote for everything I needed - I told him I had 6 files on a flash drive, I wanted colored copies front and back and I was bringing in my own paper - On the phone he quoted me 39 cents, and then in the store it went up to 65 cents PER PAGE. He treated me very poorly and I will never go back there again.

I first went there for a few copies I needed for my business. Once I got there, I found out how many other things I could get done. I now go there for business cards, booklets for my employees, and brochures for my costumers. The store is located in a convenient plaza that has a Starbucks, so I usually head there early to get my morning cup of coffee as well as some copies. Custom 1 Printing has fast and more personal feel compared to other big copy companies like Kinko's.
