I STILL haven't received a certified letter.I never use the post office for this reason.The post office said the letter was expected to be here Monday.Its now Friday.My mail man doesn't even get signatures.He puts the post card and the certified letter in the mailbox.He is to lazy to do his job and walk to my front door.I don't think I'm going to even get that lucky this time.

The 1st snow storm we hadthe saturday before christmas i did not get my mail for 4 days. my husbandhad to get in his car and follow the mail truck.this storm is worst then the first....i have not recv mail since feb 11, 2010, i called several times , the phone rang but i couldn't hold on any longer.10mini also have to go to work....today 2\17\10 i had no chose but to hold on for 15min. ..i am waiting for a delivery of my heart meds.and a check...i was told my a woman that pu the phone all mail will be going out today...whatdoes that mean ....possibly the mail hasnt gone out everyday.......what is goingon?????

I went to the lobby in an effort to purchase some postcard stamps and the self serve machine did not carry them. As I walked from the parking lot to the lobby I was astonded at the extremely filthy and discusting condition the grounds and lobby were in. This is supposed to be a federal building and as such is a reflection of our country. The postmaster should be ashamed to allow a building under his charge to deteriorate in such a manner. I have been to the Lakehurst and Beachwood postoffices recently and they put the Toms River facility to shame. The Postmaster needs to be replaced by someone who can do the job and be accountable.

They have had a package of mine since October 29th and it is now November 4th. I live 5 miles from the post office and they have trucks! What is the problem??? Too lazy to walk the package from the street to the door??? It took one day to go from Illinois to Edison, NJ. Now it's taking almost a week to go five miles! What gives? There is no local number so you can't call to inquire the whereabouts of the package. I doubt they would be able to locate it anyway. I am so frustrated! Guess that explains why the postal service is losing money!

If I could give MINUS STARS I would! The Postmaster is non-existent. The hours are shortened from 8 to 10:30AM- 4PM,Sat 8-12. Packages are supposed to be put up for PO boxes by 10 or 11 am Sat. My package notice was put into my box at 11:55AM SAT. 5 Min before closing. Packages are misplaced for days or a week. Rudeness at the counter and speed of service would normally get a normal worker FIRED. No wonder the PO is loosing money. If there weren't federal law, I would have started my own service or FEDEX,UPS would fill the void.Disgusted with particular PO's service and rudeness.

The person that answered the phone on December 10th when you call to ask about a package was so rude that she shouldn't even be down there. I run a business and if any of my employees treated a customer the way this woman did she would be fired!!!!!!!!!!She should be lucky she even has a job and if she hates her job that much leave it!Hopefully someday the computer will take her place .She is a very unprofessional employee and rude! Thank goodness there are other post offices around where people are nicer

My mail is wrong several times a week, i recieved a bill 3 days before it was due as well as other mail later than i should have based on postmark and date on inside of it and the latest one i recieved my W-2 opened. i know this because it has perforations that were all removed. i find this very upsetting and now i had to put a fraud watch on my credit reports.
