        hesitant to get service done anymore. never had problems with my 7 yr old mower until I took it there two years ago..been in every year since. time to find someone else and yes they will not call you but say they did

        They had my lawnmower for almost a month now. Unless you have a back-up lawnmower do not have them do the repairs. There first priority are lawn service companies.
