I dealt with Charlie. Had a new Galaxy S7 phone that I accidentally dropped and cracked the screen. Charlie told me he could replace the screen and make it good as new with a guarantee from Samsung. He did this for $250. I then took the phone to T-mobile to have them install a screen protector. The agent pressed the plastic protector on the screen, and after that the phone quit working. Took it back to Charlie, who told me that the screen had cracked again, and that it was not warrantied. I'd have to pay another $250 to have it repaired again. If it's in too fragile a state to put on a screen protector once it's repaired, it's not a good replacement. I had to purchase a new phone from T-Mobile - so now I'm paying for 2 phones. Charlie told me he'd pay me $200 and would try to sell it after he repaired it, but it's been 2 months and he's not answering or returning calls. Very disappointed!

water damaged phone fixed!

I dropped my Samsung Galaxy in the toilet after only having it a month. I dried it out and it still wouldn't work. It wouldn't turn on. I took it to action link and they fixed it for only $25! They had good service and good pricing! Thank you action link!

They broke my phone, TWICE. When fixing my cracked screen, they managed to brake the microphone. When I took to the phone back to be repaired, I waited 1.5 hours in the lobby (3 hours after the promised finish time) of Actionlink with about 10 other customers who seemed to be just as frustrated as I was. The employee, who was left the handle the entire operation by himself, was kind enough to stay late to fix the problem but ended up breaking the circuit that controls the sound on my phone.

After 3 trips and $80, I know my phone has been fixed with spare parts they had and I am now just hoping it lasts until my upgrade. I also heard one of the employees tell a customer that they pulled parts out of my phone to test other phones.

We had AW flash an HTC Rezound to Page Plus. I was actually surprised with the personal attention I was given. It was explained that there was risk that not all features would work but we went ahead. After my efforts to activate the phone reversed the flashing, they were good enough to fix that and help me activate. In the end all features worked perfect. I would have rather given them five stars due to the helpful service but my impression is that this is a small business with their own growing pains but with a great helpful attitude.

This is a business that everyone should avoid at all costs, they make promises they have no intention of honoring, don't stand behind their work, and have no idea what customer service is about.

They fixed the buttons on my blackberry!! Their store was nice and the people there were easy to work with. It works much better now and I am really glad that I took it in. They were very fair price and I'll go back for any other repairs.

This place doesnt even deserve one star. i took my htc sensation to repair the digitizer. It worked well for 3 weeks then it stopped working. Charlie took it back and 3 weeks later said that it was my flex cable was damaged. So i shelled out even more money to get it fixed again. By this point I have been with out my phone for over a month. I then get called and told it is ready to be picked up. i go in and they started working on it. they come out to tell me that they broke the lcd underneath the digitizer. So they said they would replace the lcd for free. So another week without my phone went by and i called and asked when its going to be ready? They already had it done and failed to call me. So I went in to pick it up and i noticed that there was a gap between the lcd and the digitizer they had failed to seal it properly. I gave it back another 2 weeks went by and another trip in to pick it up. i okayed the phone and started to drive home. I then noticed when i made a call the speaker to the phone was blown.

Things like this kept happening the phone is still in disrepair after 5 months of actionlink having it. I have personally been in there store more than 10 times no exaggeration. I wish i would have sent my phone into htc to get it fixed. There is a reason why cellphone companies have pulled their certifications from them. Thanks again for ruining my phone to the point where i cant even sell it.

I've had my phone for over a year and I really love my phone. So I figured instead of getting a new phone I would take it to these guys and have do cosmetic repairs and take off all the scrapes and dents. My phone now looks REALLY good. It really feels like I have a new phone without the new phone price.
