Greenwood Terrace Apartment

I am glad that my lease is going to be up and I am leaving this place. The only good thing about this apartment is the location. It's close to downtown silver spring and dc.

The apartment is very old. Even if they change the carpet the amount of dirt accumulated underneath the carpet gives the whole apartment a very bad smell, your apartment can never be fresh it always stinks.

There are cockroach and mice. The management are ok. They send exterminators when you report. Garbage is always laying around on the street because some residents for some reason do not like throwing garbage inside the garbage boxes.

The neighborhood is not safe. The road leading to the apartment is horrible. The sewage in the apartment smells, i don't why may be because it's old.

I don't recommend this place to anyone.

love my apartment its nice, big & quite butttt management took more than a month to let me know status on my application.They didnt even tell me how long is the lease for or havent given giving copies. I had to constantly call on that status.They were very careless. The apartment has a couple down side just because the kitchen cabinets are not in good shape or the cabinet from the bathroom.The doors are so easy to open which I have to kids they can just pull the handle down & open the door luckly the door had a chain in top but kids are curious & easily grab a chair & unlock the chain. Oh & laundry room is NOT good at all I'am gonna have to wash somewhere else lik some neighbors do, out of 4 washers only 1 works.I hope they would get more realiable machines & personel.
