        My mail carrier is passive aggressive about the mail delivery and either shoves my mail in my box to the point of bending mail in half or refuses to follow protocol and deliver my packages to the office manager. The result is me at the post office on a Saturday waiting for 30 minutes when no one is in line for them to find my package that the notification said would be held until 11/24 but was sent back already because they can't follow procedure. This is what happens to important public services when the GOP decides to fund war instead of domestic mail service.

        My package was thrown over the fence into the wet yard on Oct. 20, a day with pouring rain. No excuse for this.
        Tracking # 1Z 858 800 YW 0493 1368. It was sent UPS to USPS, 1102 A St. who delivered it to my house.
