Savi Day Spa

Savi is the best spa in the Puget Sound area. I spend 2 Sundays per month getting pampered by the ladies at the spa. The pedicure baths are impeccably clean and very comfortable. The sanctuary is so calm and soothing before and after your treatment, you feel like a princess after you go home. I would recommend Savi to anyone who is looking to be spoiled by the very knowledgeable and capable staff.

I had a couple of good experiences with Savi, a decent but not excellent massage or two. Then one of their less-than-competent schedulers lost my appointment. So I showed up, was told there was no appointment, was told to wait an hour, and then was told they couldn't serve me today. The receptionist was somewhat apologetic, but it seems to me that it is a simple thing to either get the appointment right, reschedule it, or do something to make it better - any of which I would have preferred to wasting an hour for no service at all. You're better off somewhere else.
