He fixed the door within half an hour. They have one-year warranty to cover this repair. Besides replacing the plate, he saw my door swaying when it was opening or closing. He put on an extra plate above my garage door opener to help stabilize it. He charged me nothing for that. At the end, he even helped me grease the rail and oil the wheels of the door and showed me how I can do it myself in the future. My door runs much quieter and smoother than ever before. The whole job was very reasonably priced. I was very satisfied with this gate companies service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
