This is an establishment you should avoid at all costs!
I took my cell phone to be repaired and was told it could be fixed in 48 hours but would cost me $100 in advance. He claimed that it was probably just a software problem and he would call me.
After 2 days, I called him and he said he had to order some parts and it would be another day or two. He would call me.
After 3 additional days he did not call so I called him and he told me he was not done and it would take a little more time. He would call.
After 8 days since I took it in, I called him and he said he was not done. I told him I wanted my phone and money back. He said there was no way I was getting my money back but I could pick up my phone any time. I retrieved it the next day, un-repaired. I don't really know if he did anything with it.
The end result is that I still have a dead phone and am out $100.

Engages in unethical practices by abusing their free advertising privileged on Craigslist. They repeatedly posts as an owner and not a dealer. They repeatedly posts services in the items for sale categories. They repeatedly hide contact information in the pictures. Basically all around deliberate violation of the Craigslist terms of use. A business that acts this way on Craigslist is not one that people should think won't treat them in some unethical way. An 'F' rating by BBB is yet another clue.
