        I think that the firm is a good firm. The paralegal that works for the attorney needs more experience. She gets a little upset when you keep calling to get an update on your case. Also there was an offer made and I was not inform on that. I think if its my case and you are working for me then there shouldn't be a problem on you letting me know every step that has been made.
