This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for. The reason being he can not afford his employees. Mr.Martin seems to not have a single honest bone in his body....not only can he not pay but his clients are neglected....well the ones that do not have family to advocate for them, or those who are non verbal. If you are thinking of working here, I wouldnt. He thinks he's doing you a favor by paying you for hours worked......and then paydays are Fridays but cant cash checks till Tuesday and that's not a guarantee. Employees have to beat eachother to the bank and you can only go to Wells Fargo to cash witch they charge a 7.50 fee if you don't hold an account with them. Mr. Martian is a lier, he will tell you what sounds good untill you realize its a load of crap and then won't answer calls of explination. I'm telling you, unless things have changed......I doubt it, I would stay far away from these company.

I worked for this business Mr martin do not pay his Employees he should be held accountable for what he does.

I rent a Home to this Company and they are now 5 mo. Past Due on their Rent. will not return phone call's . Hate to put the residence out because the owner will not pay the rent. but I will not lose my House because of you!!!
