Always a unacceptably long wait.. Expect to see the doctor over an hour after your scheduled time. Awful scheduling at this place.

Dr. P. Patel was amazing. She is sweet and I felt very comfortable with her. The office staff are a different story. I waited while the entire waiting room cleared out (it was full when I arrived) and then more people who came in after me were called in so I asked the receptionist if I had been forgotten. She assured me that I had not. Then I was the next one called in. How ironic. The doctor's assistant called in a lot of people before me that arrived quite a bit after me so I'm sure they did forget about me. All they had to do was admit it and say sorry instead of lying. The waiting room is too small. But I like Dr. Patel so I will continue to go here (unless the office staff forget to pull my file when I get there). I also called recently to ask whether Dr. Patel worked past 5 on any days and the receptionist was extremely rude to me. She wanted to know my date of birth. Why would that be necessary. She just needed to tell me if she worked late. She also could have suggested another doctor who works late or their new walk in clinic. Very unprofessional and incompetent.

The office management at this firm is horrible. They are not organized - which has led to extreme wait times in the past and horrible management of billings. We have been mislead by the office support - costing us significant money on a test that could have been done for much less. The billing staff rarely accurately checks which tests are covered on insurance vs not covered...when we asked for support on one bill we should have never received due to a mistake on THEIR end we were given the runaround for three months before being told the office would be doing next to nothing to assist us. The doctors are fine, the staff is horrible.

Silver Pine is the best. I haven't been there in 2 years due to my own insurance issues. Called at 530 pm on a Thursday night in pain needing help. Mike who answered was super helpful and very nice. I didn't expect to see my normal doctor who is amazing G marstelia. I did have the pleasure of getting doctor Guveara, He is the best, super friendly and helpful. Took way more than enough time to even help me with stress issues. GREAT DR. was there on time and out within 40 minutes.

Talked to a lady by the name of Sandy, who is a medical assistant at Silver Pines. I was treated so rudely and didn't know who to complain to. My daughter is scheduled for surgery in a few days and she needs a medical clearance from the Doctor TODAY or it will be cancelled. This lady was so mean and uncaring. I have been with Silver Pines for many many years. Someone with no people skills should not be a medical assistant. No help whatsoever from this young lady. Just attitude!

I was very happy with my Doctors here, until I had to give up my job to be a full-time student. Now with no insurance from a job, they refuse to take any sort of Medicaid or assistant medical coverage. Not to mention the receptionist I spoke with was so very rude about it. Now I have to find a new Dr, transfer all my records and start from scratch. I've been going here for a couple of years now, but a full-time student/single mom who very much needs an established doctor/patient relationship is left with nothing to do except hope that I can find a decent Dr who will take my insurance. Once I get into my career and have "real" insurance I will have hopefully found an office that is more willing to help people rather than their own pocket books.

My husband and I used to love Silverpine, but in the past years the quality of service has sadly declined. I feel the worst part of the practice are the medical assistants (although there are the exceptions), I have no idea where they hire from. Just as in majority of the other reviews, I completely agree the staff is TERRIBLE! I also cannot even remember the last time I seen my pcp as she is always booked months in advanced (because she herself is an amazing doctor and frankly the only reason we have stayed up until this point) and I end up seeing some random other doctor that just wants to get in and out. My advice is to do you research. I feel that in many areas Silverpine is lacking in compassion and customer service.

My whole family has been at Silver Pine for 2 years now. We have seen more than one of the doctors there and find it easy to get an appointment when we need to. Dr. Hichme is wonderful! Best doctor I've ever had. She listens to what you have to say and considers what you feel you need to do to foster your own treatment. Dr. Patel and Dr. Guevara and also very fine doctors. They all care about their patients and work with you. You know they actually care. Unlike many doctors who accept HAP insurance, they do not hesitate to send you to a specialist should you need one. I am truly disappointed that some people feel that the staff is bad . I've experienced truly 'bad' medical staff and that is not the case here. The staff is more friendly than any other office I've dealt with in 30 years. Everyone has a not-so-good day, no matter who you are. Sometimes we need to remember that we are not the only ones with stress on our plate! I recommend this office to everyone I know.

Horrible staff

They lack compassion and don't care how long you have been a patient. They are rude and unprofessional. Their office manager does not know how to treat people and they will over bill your insurance. They will make you sit in their office for over an hour to wait for them. They are not knowledgeble and would rather feed you drugs then treat the problem.

Don't trust the staff with your care.

I made an appointment for my husband to get a couple of vaccines, one being the flu shot, since we are due to have our baby in 2 months, and also to talk about another minor issue. The person the made the appointment made NO note of the vaccines, and also FAILED to inform me they were OUT of the flu vaccine. My husband took time away from work to drive half way across town to go there and to be only given half of what he went for.

i recently had a visit. while my doctor is okay, i HATE the staff there. i made an appointment in person and gave them a new contact number. when they call the day before to confirm my appointment, they left a message on my OLD phone number. when i was at my visit, my doctor asked if i had fasted. i told her i received a confirmation call from someone but she didn't mention that i should fast. also at my visit, the person taking my vitals and medical history kept asking me why i didn't do a follow up with a specialty doctor i had seen previously. she further told me that i should have gone to see that doctor because my condition could have worsen. i told her my reasons. but she kept insisting that i still should've gone see him anyway. i HATED the way that she spoke to me and how she would fake smile at me. all the while, i'm thinking to myself "who are you to be saying these kind of things anyway? and why do i have to defend myself to you?" then at the end of my visit, i was to make an appointment for an ultrasound. i asked the lady at the front, at which location i would go to have this done at. instead of providing a specific location, she answered "beaumont."

Bureaucratic Nightmare

I have to be honest in saying that I'm not sure if it's my insurance that makes it difficult, but I can say that working with the staff at this Dr.'s office is a nightmare. I dread every time that I need to work with them. Nothing seems like they can help you easily. I just worked with one of the referral coordinators and I must mention how rude she was. Just to mention the name...KRISTIN. I asked for a referral and yes, I can get one but I need to make an additional trip to their office to pick up a paper copy. I thought this was the technilogical age. I know my specialist's office is able to see the referral online, but the staff insists that I need to pick it up, and then I was lectured on how overworked she was and she "would try" to get it done in time for my appointment. Thanks so much for trying and for the lecture KRISTIN.
