AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Steve is the most unprofessional, disrespectful and rude individual I have ever dealt with. We had a specific delivery date set for the delivery of furniture, but it was not convenient for him. He was determined to deliver on a different day in which he was "in the area", which unfortunately was a day that I would be at a family member's funeral. He refused to keep the originally scheduled delivery date and would not make another appointment other than to say that "he would contact me the next time that he was in the area". Very unprofessional demeanor, talking on the phone with his mouth full and when I expressed my disappointment he hung up on me. I contacted the company in which I ordered the furniture from and they arranged for another delivery company.

Horrible service...nothing but excuses and 4 days late on delivery. Missed a family get together waiting for a driver that never showed up and still waiting.
