Customized Property Management

Customized Property Management is the best management company our complex has ever had. Ms. Haan the property manager has over 30 years of experience. She is intelligent, dedicated and applies the bylaws when necessary. Customized would be an asset to any condominium complex. I am the former and current President of this complex and I cannot say enough about how professional they are. The review made by Elizabeth is totally false and she does not know what she is talking about. She was disgruntled, resigned from the Board and left the community. Believe me, I would not be with Customized is they were not top notch. Kudos to this management company and its Staff. Well Done!!!!! President and Resident

This is the worst management company I have ever dealt with. They are unethical, send slanderous emails about the residents of their communities (which I learned first hand upon seeing this) and do not follow through with resident requests. They literally pulled out flowers that a resident had planted and threw them on his front porch with a note that said he did not have authorization to plant! Because of them I have sold my condo and moved on! Stay away from this company

The worst ever. Stay away from this company. They don't care about anything or anyone. Try and request anything in writing from them and they charge an excessive amount of money for doing nothing extra even if the docs are ready to go. I will be filing a formal complaint to the State of MICHIGAN. Brandi Lane, the manager, is horrible to deal with.
