        I Bought Groupon that said tha...

        I Bought Groupon that said that it did "not include" a filter or sanitising. It did not say that these were manditory like the tech said when he showed up an hour and a half late. Everything I had read about duct cleaning prior to this said that these are optional things company can do if necessary. That is not the case with this company. BEWARE!!!!
