Really top-notch Customer Service. It is really snowing and icing all over the place in NY. I received a call today from Maria that due to the lousy conditions and for the safety of the vehicles, the driver is going to park for the night and see how things are for tomorrow. The vehicle is not late or anything, but the company was simply calling me up to make me aware of the situation.

It is nice to know that you can get a car moved and not only is the company going to deliver on everything they promised before the car picked up, they continue the efforts while the car is in transit.

More companies should follow their cue.

I called A-AAA Auto Transport on Christmas Eve in the late afternoon because my boss decided to relocate me for a new position right after the New Year. They picked up the phone on Xmas Eve and 48 hours later, Friday morning,my car was on the way.

I was panic-stricken as I didn't think they would make it but on New Year's Day, my car arrived in excellent condition. I want to thank Ross at A-AAA and the driver Erik!

Great job. Very good at what they do. Extremely knowledgeable and polite. Ross answered all the questions I had efficiently and it was overall just really well done. I will recommend them to anybody that is interested in shipping a car.

I had a really great experience with A-AAA Auto Transport. They did everything they said they would and were totally efficient. The driver called me before coming to give me an exact time frame when he'd come, and he was very polite. Ian from A-AAA told me exactly what would happen and when I should expect pickup and delivery. He was really professional. This was my first time having a car moved and it couldn't have been easier or more pleasant.

Just received delivery of my '65 Chevy on Easter Sunday. I am sure the driver is probably a long way for home and is probably missing his family and friends in general, let alone on Easter. John was nothing but professional and courteous. I gave him an extra tip for busting his tail on Easter Sunday. The crew at the office, especially Ross did a fantastic service to me and my family.
