ABC Quality Moving & Storage

We just had ABC move our belongings from OFallon to Jeff City. Chris P and Billy were the men that delivered our things. I was extremely impressed with their work ethic, professionalism and courteous nature. They worked very efficiently and quickly. We recently had quite the opposite experience with a nationally known company. I would highly recommend ABC. From Mike, the owner, the young men delivering our things to Christina, (I assume office mgr) we were treated like we were their most important customer. Thank you again to all of you!

I would not recommend this company. My movers, Kevin and Walt, were extremely unprofessional and crossed professional boundaries on several occasions. These guys did the following: had extensive cell phone conversations while moving my items, used my restroom WITHOUT my permission, asked me my age, and referred to me as “kid.” At some points, Kevin would pick up a single bag instead of multiple, extending the moving time. The positive aspects: they were overly-cautious about my items and were worried about not breaking things. Also, their weekday rates are cheap ($88/hr). But as the adage says, you get what you pay for. The cheap rates reflect the cheap service.

Sam and Kevin were very helpful and fast with my recent move. The company did an excellent job of setting up and communicating with me and my husband. Thanks for a job well done.

This business deserves a 5 star rating. Two hardworking guys from ABC Quality Movers helped us move on Friday, November 23rd. They worked non-stop and were very professional and patient, since we were expecting someone to stop by and pick up some furnture that was a no show. If ever needing a recommendation for movers I will highly recommend ABC Quality Moving. Thanks again for your service and Happy Holidays to everyone.

I have used other movers over the years but none were as timely, courteous, and professional as Tom & Walt. Any future moves, small or large, will be trusted to ABC Quality Moving.

I used ABC Quality Moving last year moving us from St. Louis to Chicago. Everything was accounted for and nothing was broken. They came in with the best estimate.

We are moving once again from Chicago back to St. Louis a year later and I decided I would call ABC again to see if they would move us back. I got a few local Chicago mover estimates and they all came in higher than ABC and then once I started reading online reviews about these other companies, I got really scared reading about some real bad experiences with some of them. So ABC moved us once again and nothing was broken and everything was accounted for. Communication was also very good. Our movers Nathan and Sam were friendly, personable, and worked hard in the summer heat. They were on time with their arrival and delivery. I also liked that I could put this on my credit card.

Never hired movers before and chose this company due to the high reviews here. Kevin, Tim, and Chris were great. They worked very efficiently and I would highly recommend this group.

We hired ABC for our house move on June 1. Honestly due to previous experience with movers, I was apprehensive, but ABC quickly put my fears to rest. The guys were prompt, professional, friendly, and took great care in prepping and moving our furniture as well as making sure nothing was damaged in our houses while moving our goods. They never assumed anything and asked lots of questions to make sure we were happy with where our belongings went. Bottom line: they took a considerable amount of stress out of the process, which is priceless! Thanks again Kevin, Jeff, PJ, and Eric!!

I would recommend ABC Quality Moving to anyone! We had never hired a professional moving company before and I was dreading it...along with my move! We went with ABC Quality Moving and P.J. and Mike did a WONDERFUL job! They treated our furniture with care, were friendly and respectful! Mike M, Billy, and James L were great. They kept going at a steady pace, stopping only to ask good questions. Mike M was exceptional in explaining important issues in moving and was quite receptive to my questions, taking time to be sure I understood pros and cons. Smiling faces in times of such stress are great to see too. All of them worked hard to make this move the best it could be. I would use them again without question

ABC Quality Moving is very professional and did a great job for us. Kevin, Walt, and mike d worked the whole time and did everything we asked. They even double checked with us to make sure everything was in the right place. I was online just a couple of weeks ago like you are now and saw all the good reviews. I took a chance and was not disappointed. Would definitely recommend them.

Kevin, Gregg, Walt and Sam moved us on March 2nd and did a wonderful job! They were friendly, efficient and fast. They took great care of our furniture and everything arrived at the new house without any damage. We had never hired movers before, but both my husband and I agree that it was some of the best money we ever spent! ABC took the stress out of moving! Thanks guys!

Kevin, Walt, and Sam did a move for our family a few weeks back, Sun Nov 6. Good movers, fast, nothing was harmed, friendly, I would recommend them and I hope you give them their bonus, they deserve it!

We had six men: Kevin, Walt, James, Sam, Paul, and Jake move us from a 3 story building in the city out to one story home with a basement. They worked so quickly. I took my kids to school and was shocked to see that the 1st floor of our home was already loaded and they were partially through with the 2nd floor. We had some things left to go in boxes and the men were helpful and never made us feel that we were holding them up. They maintained professionalism and a sense of humor throughout a day that began at 8:30 and ended at 4 p.m. with every box where we'd asked them to put it. This was a very positive experience.

Excellent service. I contacted them on Monday and we were moved on Wednesday. Mike was super to work with, got back with us quickly on the estimate and scheduled the move promptly. Kevin and Walt were very courteous, careful movers. They were WORKERS and completed the job in a very short time. We could not have been happier with this company!

This week was was the third time I have moved with ABC. Kevin and Bill did their usual great job and as alway's I appreciate the very hard work they did IN THE COLD RAIN!
