        I have had my hair cut and colored several times at this location. I find the staff to be very friendly. Johnny always does a wonderful job!

        Terrible!

        I had a trim there with Julia (Jenkins location) and she was the most unprofessional and rude stylist that I have ever had. She did not even look at what she was doing and did not notice she was burning my hair with the dryer...it was literally smoking! She was also very rough the way she shampooed and combed may hair.. Several times she combed my ears hard and hit my face and she did not even apologize or seem to care. It was very obvious that she hates her job and does not like interacting with customers. When I got home, I noticed the cut itself (basic straight trim on long hair) was very uneven / one side is at least 1/2" shorter that the other.. she never even asked me how I parted it and liked it styled and she did not even bother. Avoid this place! Especially Julia.. I will say that some of the stylists seemed to be friendly so you may have better luck than I did.
