Heritage Animal Clinic

Very disappointed with this clinic, the doctor and the staff. I carried my 4.6# Yorkie there on 11/05/15 to get neutered. When we picked him up he was sent home with no Elizabethan collar, no pain medication and no antibiotics. He chewed his stitches the next day and I called their office for advice. I was told by the staff that they don't have collars small enough to fit him and to go buy one at Petsmart. If Petsmart didn't have one her advice was to "do the best I can over the weekend".



I had to take my painfully miserable dog to another vet over the weekend and they gave him a collar, pain meds and antibiotics. He is feeling much better now. Although I have used this office for years the service has really decreased since Kerri Melton, the previous vet, left. The new vet, and staff, don't have any concern for you or your pets. I am taking my animals to a new vet that will treat them with compassion after a surgery.
