        Poor Service, Poor mnangement when dealing with a customer problem.

        Ordered a steak rare, it came out well done. Waitress ackknowledged that I ordered rare and that this steak was well done. She sent it back to kitchen and said to send rare one. Manager came out and asked if things were ok, I said no because steak was not as I ordered. He then said he woulf fix it and take care of it. Second steak came out WELL DONE again. Manager was agitated when I called it to his attention. Another steak was sent out. This one was better but not rare. Manager was upset that I complained about it. When I left, I was charged FULL price for the steak.Also complained to Outback corporate management.
