This "vet" hung up on me when I asked how to save a hatchling that fell from it's nest in a storm. I found him rude and uncaring.Thankfully my 3 dogs will never see this hack.

Dr. Mark at Jasmines vet is amazing! My puppy got Parvo and after 2 different vets and $2,700 later, I found Jasmines vet. He charged $500 and told me he would keep him as long as Milo needed. I thought there was no hope left but he preformed a miracle in just 3 days my baby is healthy and up running around. (: I highly recommend taking sick animals to him. He's wonderful!

I can see why some people felt put off by Dr Jasmine, but you have to realize that it has more to do with the fact that he is not as comfortable with humans. This man does love my dogs, and has always taken great care of them. He is extremely knowledgeable, he mainly works with the Zoo. So no, his office isn't comfortable and he isn't going to give you a hug. He will take care of your pets and make sure you can afford it. Money has never been his focus. The amazing thing is that my fear aggression shelter dog adores this man. I have never had an issue here. If you are more interested in reasonably priced services, and someone your pets feel comfortable around then yes go to him. I'm more comfortable knowing that my dogs are trusting, I don't need my hand held just fix them. Their health is a priority, and he makes that very clear

When I visited this office to have the doctor check on my dog's chest lump. He looked at the lump and touched it, then proceeded to tell me it will cost $300 to remove it. He didn't ask any questions whatsoever. I genuinely don't think that he cares about my dog at all.

I wanted to at least talk about what it is and what I should do about it. But apparently you don't get that here. Anyway, I decided to leave and go somewhere else. I didn't feel comfortable leaving my dog with someone that doesn't care. This office seems very unprofessional, there was no staff when I was there. Just plain horrible.

No compassion what so ever!

I called Dr.Jasmine because my 8yr old Rhodesian Ridgeback was having seziures. She had had 4 in a little over an hour. We went in at 10 am and the Doc never examined my dog. After calling my dog a boy numerous time after correcting him, he said it would be $500 to observe her for 3 days or i could put her to sleep .No explanation of anything. I also had my 2 teenagers with me. My kids snd i talked it over and decided to put her to sleep because i was afraid shed seize again in the car and hurt herself and i couldnt afford yo leave her. He had no staff so we were his assistants. We had no time to say goodbye,we were rushed. My son and I had to help him. He had no compassion about anything, traumatized my kids, used no gloves. Then he rushed us out. We were very hurt. Our Sara was part of our family for 8 yrs. We will never know if she could have been helped.
