Schmitt Inc

I have used Schmitt's service for over 20 plus years now. I have always purchased their extended warranties. Although I am ignorant to how these things work in relation to how my AC operates I know that my warranty only covers the outside unit. I had a problem today with an issue that could have been due to the inside parts of the unit and they didn't charge me anything anyway. They could have charged me and they didn't. Due to what's happening with the economy, everyone is having money troubles and I couldn't even afford to give the tech a tip. (which he probably wouldn't have accepted anyway.) I live hand to mouth so that's why I am writing a wonderful review on anything I can find to advise to the public that Schmitt is a wonderful company. Word of mouth is the best advertisement. Would always refer friends and anyone I can find to use their service. Thank you Schmitt!
