Spokane Cab

We know some of the people who work for Spokane Cab. There a bunch of drug users and don't care about any thing or any one. I wished i knew who the owner is and have everyone of them fired. They need to be turned into the state or someone. This company needs to be closed. Or sued. Something needs to be done before someone is hurt or killed. Rating is a 0

We have called Spokane Cab because they are the local service close to our residence. However, they are very unprofessional, disrespectful, and have no ethical standards whatsoever. I will never call again. We would rather walk. Period.

When i was picked up for a ride the cab driver accidentally slammed my hand in the door. I not wanting him to get in trouble because it was an accident i tried calling to do an fyi, the first man i spoke with about it said if i didn't leave my name and the cab drivers name or info about him, than he won't do anything about it and hung up the phone on me. So i called back, and i said i want a name and phone number of the manager. He said my name I Scott and i don't appreciate you starting out a conversation the way you did. I admit i was not nice when asking for the name and number for the manager. So i told him what happened and that i don't want the cab driver to get in trouble but i would like for them to do a fyi to their drivers to be vigilant as to where their customers hands are at when getting in and out of the cabs. He too was very very rude and said i will do nothing about this. So my simple request that at a team meeting or a memo to jus5t say hey be sure to watch where your clients hands are before shutting the doors. Simple not an unreasonable request. But according to the "manager" Scott it was to much to ask. My daughter heard everything because i had it on speaker phone. Highly would NOT recommend this company for anything NOT because of what the driver did but SOLELY based on the dispatcher and then the manager Scott....that rating is ONLY because i couldn't submit this with out a rating...hum just like the manager how coincidental

AWFUL SERVICE. Called 5 hrs ahead of time to schedule a pick up, they confirmed it and said they would send some at the requested time, when the time came they were not there, when I called they told me I needed to find new arrangements because they were busy, I was very upset, but they told me it "wasn't their problem", other times I used them the drivers were wreck less and charged way too much. 0/5 would not recommend.

They gave me a rate to transport a child from school to the doctor and back to school. the driver back didn't get a tip b/c he charged the child almost twice as much as I'd been quoted. They put $15 on the meter before driving me from the airport to my home ten min. away! Ended up costing me more than a cab in NYC from Manhattan to JFK! Do not recommend them at all.

The guy I just talked to on the phone was a total a**. He acted totally put out when I called to ask about their rates and didn't want to make a reservation. Their rates are more expensive than the other ones. Definitely NOT going to use this service....ever.

CAUTION: DO NOT USE SPOKANE CAB!! THE DRIVER TOOK DOWN MY CARD NUMBER, AND CHARGES WERE MADE TO THE CARD BY HIM! I HAD TO CANCEL MY CARD AND GET A NEW ONE! DO NOT USE!!! WE ARE FILING FOR A POLICE REPORT! IDENTITY THEFT!!
