U.S. Bank

I am a young adult, who hasn't used a debit card or bank account in general for very long. I was charged $165 for doing way too many transfers over my phone, to which I thought was free. I asked a manager if there was any way to reverse it, and she only refunded me $40. NOWHERE online does it say that there is a limit of 6 transfers, not even on the transfer page. The fee is $15 per extra transfer. I called other banks and they said that they charged $1 after six transfers, and another said they wouldn't allow a seventh to process unless it was in person. This was a misunderstanding on my part, but I will be closing my account, and supporting a local bank, not a money hungry corporate bank. They intentionally, like a lot of other banks, hide information and profit off of it. Ridiculous.
