Ponderosa Steakhouse

I wanted to get a quick bite to eat with my family. My papa thought of Ponderosa and I said okay let's go there. So the family got in the car we actually got lost and didn't have good directions with us on handy. I also had a detroit free press special ad and the back had a Ponderosa ad and it had the Southfield location on it so we used that to help us get there. We findly arrived there we walked into Ponderosa we got up to cashier and we told the cashier what we wanted to eat. My papa gave the cashier his credit card and the cashier swiped his card though the credit card slot. We waited until the credit card was approved. For how long as I can remember it was about 10 minutes that we waited for the credit card to be approved. The cashier said that the credit card machine's dial up connection was canceling every time the credit card was sending the credit card information so that the credit card could be approved. I wonder if the dial up connection's cable or wire was disconnected meaning by that someone could of cut the cable or wire or maybe it was yanked off of a outlet and the cable or wire was cut that way. But I also went in the bathroom and the bathroom was very dirty and looked like that it was not taken good care of. The tampon and pad steel waste basket was on the floor as it seemed like someone might of knocked off or yanked off of the nails that were nailed to one of the stall's doors. The food at the buffet looked cold. Hardly no one was working to serve us if we were actually sitting down and eat there. Overall this Ponderosa was the worst Ponderosa I've ever been to it deserves 1 star. I also would not recommend this Ponderosa to anyone. Do not eat here I mean it it's that bad and if you do decide to eat here watch out.
